What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives across financial domains such as risk, marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
• Apply advanced machine learning models and statistical techniques to uncover actionable insights.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape data-driven strategies and transformation programs.
• Mentor and guide a team of junior analysts, ensuring best practices in analytics workflows.
• Drive automation and optimization to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring

Education

• B.Tech / MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIT/IIM preferred).

Experience

• 5–7 years in financial services analytics, ideally with companies like American Express, Barclays, Visa, or other top global banks and payment firms.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed, global environment.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, SAS, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in data transformation, modeling, and analytics-driven process improvement.
• Understanding of large-scale transformation projects in financial institutions (preferred).

Preferred Profile

• Female professional currently based in or willing to relocate to NCR.
• Immediate joiner or ≤ 20-day notice period.
• Familiarity with global business norms, especially in U.S. and cross-border contexts.
