Role Overview :
As an Analytics Consultant, you will focus on patient-centric data strategies to improve healthcare outcomes for global Life Sciences and HealthTech clients. You will integrate diverse healthcare datasets to map longitudinal patient journeys and develop predictive models that drive clinical and commercial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Journey Mapping : Integrate and analyze claims, EHR, lab, and pharmacy datasets to build comprehensive patient care pathways and line-of-therapy analyses.
- Advanced Modeling : Develop and validate predictive models using machine learning techniques (classification, regression, survival analysis, and clustering) to identify patient trends.
- Data Engineering : Build complex SQL and Python queries to process large-scale healthcare datasets, ensuring data integrity and reproducibility.
- Strategic Storytelling : Translate technical findings into executive-ready narratives and interactive dashboards that quantify business and clinical impact.
- Innovation : Stay current with evolving healthcare delivery models and test new analytical approaches to solve ambiguous clinical problems.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Programming : Mastery of Python and Advanced SQL.
- Healthcare Domain : Strong understanding of patient-level data (RWE, Claims, ICD-10/CPT codes) and longitudinal analysis frameworks.
- Modeling : Proven experience in building and deploying predictive models for healthcare use cases.
- Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative Traits :
- Previous experience in healthcare consulting or life sciences analytics.
- Ability to communicate methodologies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
