Job Overview
Analytics Consultants work with onshore team and India managers to create custom solutions by leveraging disparate data sources to support sales and marketing decisions. Consultants will be responsible for substantial portion of analyses from problem formulation to solution creation and engaging with clients to help them understand the implications and make plans to act on them.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced statistical, promotion‑response, and simulation models to solve complex business problems.
- Build and apply analytics solutions using tools such as Excel/VBA, SAS, Alteryx, and related platforms.
- Analyze and interpret results to assess the impact of sales and marketing strategies.
- Communicate insights through clear client presentations, reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
- Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for project delivery and solutions.
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to analytics capability development, and deliver high‑quality outputs on time.
Technical/Required Skills:
- Experience in US Healthcare/Pharma commercial analytics with hands‑on exposure to claims and sales data.
- Strong analytics expertise across areas such as segmentation, targeting, forecasting, reporting, and patient journey analysis.
- Advanced technical skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerPoint with experience creating client‑ready deliverables.
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets end‑to‑end using standard analytics tools and platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills, including mentoring juniors and owning workstreams.
Educational Qualification: BTech/BCA/BSc/MTech/MCA/MSc/BSc/B. Pharma.
