About The Role
We're looking for an Analytics Associate to strengthen our analytics capabilities at smallcase. In this role, you will partner with business and product teams to enable data-backed problem-solving and drive measurable user and business impact.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end analytics initiatives across multiple product lines
- Ensure data accuracy and reliability in partnership with product and engineering teams
- Apply analytics and experimental methodologies — A/B testing, funnel analysis, cohort analysis — to generate insights and measure impact
- Build scalable processes that support data-driven decision-making across the org
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights on user behaviour and business performance
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in analytics
- Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and MS Excel; Mixpanel experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to take initiatives from idea to execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset — you spot opportunities where data can create impact and act on them
