You are recognized as a strategic insights leader who delivers clear, actionable consumer insights that drive strong Consumer-First concepts and business growth. You successfully embed effective research and analytical frameworks, leverage deep human understanding and data-driven insights, and serve as a trusted advisor to business teams. Through strong cross-functional collaboration and influential storytelling, you help shape winning strategies and drive innovation across the organization.
Role Responsibilities
Drive the execution of strategies within the team and organization to achieve business objectives.
Identify and lead the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
Analyze consumer data from diverse sources to draw business-relevant conclusions and identify strategic opportunities.
Guide critical business decisions through compelling consumer insights and robust market research findings.
Collaborate effectively across internal boundaries and with multi-functional teams to maximize job impact and foster continuous learning.
Lead the end-to-end process of uncovering deep consumer behaviors, needs, and perceptions, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights that inform superior brand and product development.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
Minimum 6 years experience in consumer insights or market research, preferably within a multinational company or the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex datasets from diverse sources and translate them into actionable, business-relevant conclusions and strategic recommendations.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential.
