The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience in quality assurance and be skilled in API testing, which is a mandatory skill for this position. Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in quality assurance, demonstrating a solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with API Testing (Mandatory skill) and a thorough knowledge of software testing principles and processes.
- Proficient in Selenium with practical experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of JIRA for test management and issue tracking in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience using Postman for efficient API testing and validation of project requirements.
- Sound knowledge of Python for scripting and automating daily testing tasks to enhance productivity.
- Ability to perform Regression Testing efficiently, ensuring no defects following major modifications.
- Familiarity with TestNG and its application in organizing complex test cases effectively.
- Experience in Agile Methodologies, adapting to the fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality assurance on newly developed product lines to ensure they meet high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for integration and system testing, prioritizing API testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and document testing results, providing analysis and insights to stakeholders for process improvements.
- Continuously improve existing testing methodologies and automation practices to enhance the quality of output.
- Stay updated with industry trends related to quality assurance practices and implement best practices at Ritsa Pharma.
- Work collaboratively with development teams to integrate advanced testing techniques and tools seamlessly into the product lifecycle.
- Participate in the lifecycle of project developments from requirements gathering through post-release, ensuring quality control at every step.
