Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Analytical Chemist located in Howrah. The Analytical Chemist will be responsible for performing various laboratory procedures, including chemical analysis, quality control testing, and operation of laboratory equipment. The role also involves conducting research and development activities, adhering to safety standards, and documenting experimental results accurately.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, performing chemical analyses, and adhering to laboratory protocols
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and solve technical problems effectively
- Experience with Quality Control processes to ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with regulations
- Familiarity with Laboratory Equipment, including performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Research and Development (R&D) processes to design experiments and innovate solutions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in laboratory or analytical chemistry roles is advantageous
