Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Analyst to join our HR Transformation team, specializing in Workday Integrations. This role will focus on supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM integrations to enhance HR operations and business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workday Integration Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Cloud Connectors.
- Build custom integrations to support HR processes such as payroll, benefits, talent management, and recruitment.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
2. System Analysis & Testing:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Workday integrations.
- Conduct unit, system, and integration testing to ensure seamless performance and data accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions.
- Provide support during Workday upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration processes and workflows.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Create detailed technical documentation, including integration design, process flows, and test cases.
- Maintain accurate records of system changes and integration updates.
- Provide regular status reports and project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Management, or a related field.
- Workday HCM certification or relevant training is preferred.
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in Workday integrations, preferably within an HR transformation environment.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules like Core HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Recruiting is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and XSLT for data transformations.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration protocols.
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, and data mapping concepts.
- Experience with Workday security and data privacy standards.
