Analyst -UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our product team and lead the design of intuitive, scalable interfaces for our suite of HR automation applications. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and a proven track record of designing enterprise tools such as payroll, onboarding, performance management, or time tracking systems. You will play a critical role in transforming complex HR workflows into simple, elegant digital experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for HR automation platforms, including modules for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee management.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and HR domain experts to understand business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and validate designs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Translate HR compliance requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Ensure consistency through adherence to design systems and contribute to their evolution.
• Analyze product usage data to inform iterative improvements.
• Balance the needs of HR professionals, employees, and administrators to create inclusive, accessible experiences.

Qualifications

• 3.5 to 6 years of professional UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing enterprise or B2B applications.
• Strong experience designing for HR or related systems (e.g., ATS, payroll, benefits, or employee engagement tools).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
