ImpactDriven Make every hour count. Join our US Payroll team as a Time Operations Analyst and help ensure that timecards and absences are processed accurately and on time for our workforce. You'll own endtoend timekeeping, resolve discrepancies with precision, and partner closely with HR and Payroll to streamline operations

Job Summary

As an Analyst within the US Payroll team, you will be responsible to ensure the accurate, timely administration of employee timecards and absences in compliance with company policies. In this role, you will manage end-to-end timekeeping processes, applying deep knowledge of timecard configuration, reconciliation, and controls to audit, resolve discrepancies, and enhance data quality. You will partner closely with HR and Payroll to streamline operations, provide decision support, and drive continuous process improvements.

Job responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of employee timecards and absences in compliance with company policies.
  • Understand timekeeping systems and processes needed to manage employee time and attendance.
  • Comprehend understanding of timecard elements and configuration.
  • Review to review and reconcile timecard data accurately.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement related to timecard reconciliation and controls.
  • Collaborate with different HR functions to enable seamless time operations.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a time operations analyst, Payroll analyst, or team lead.
  • Experience in more than one time operations function and/or systems.
  • Excellent understanding of time operations principles and systems, with advanced knowledge in timecard reconciliation.
  • Strong business partnering & acumen.
  • Strong decision support & problem-solving skills.
  • Good Analytics and time operations modeling skills.
  • Reporting knowledge.
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience working with time operations reporting tools such as OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
  • Experience on Service Now and time operations query handling.
  • Knowledge of basic automations such as Power Query / Excel (Consulting/Deployment).

Shift Timings: US Time Zone (2:30pm to 11:30pm/ 5:30pm to 2:230am)
