Location: Noida

Employment: Full time Permanent on-roll job

Flexibility: Should be flexible to work in US shifts

Working Mode: 5 days a week. Work from Office

Process: US Life Insurance Process (PHS / Premium / Claims)

Experience: 0 - 5 yrs(Freshers are eligible)

Salary: Upto 3.3 LPA for 0 - 1 yr, Upto 4.3 LPA for 1 - 3 yrs and Upto 5.3 LPA for 3 - 5 yrs of relevant experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Education: Any Non-Engineering Graduate/PG (except BE/BTech/MCA). Graduation must be full time classroom course.

0 - 5 years of experience in US Life Insurance or Annuity Process. Freshers are also eligible

• PHS - Experience processing policy changes (financial and non-financial), ownership/beneficiary updates. Ability to read policy contracts and riders
• Premium - Lockbox Error, Premium, Premium Research, Return Check, Return EFT,Premium Refund, Billing Change, Mode Change
• Claims - Claims adjudication experience. Understanding of death certificates, medical records, coroner reports. Contestability review knowledge. Fraud awareness indicators. Experience supporting legal, underwriting, or medical review teams.

Candidates must possess good communication skill Both verbal and written

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Open to work in evening and Night Shifts (US Shifts)

Ability to work independently / with a Team and to adapt to a fast-changing environment | Organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
