About Department

The Data Intelligence Group is the Data & Analytics arm of TresVista. The department's sole objective is to provide analytical solutions and support to the clients so that they can take data-driven decisions. Broadly, we provide comprehensive solutions across Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Automation, and AI/ML- based solutions.

Role Overview

TresVista is looking to hire an Analyst in its Data Intelligence Group team, who will be primarily responsible for project execution both for the clients as well as internal teams. This role is perfect for a candidate eager to learn and drive end-to-end development of solutions from an offshore perspective. The analyst would be joining the current team of 70, which is a mix of data engineers, data visualization specialists, AI experts, and data scientists.

Key Role Deliverables:

• As an analyst in the team, you would be executing the projects with guidance from the Associate and VP
• Collaborates with Business Analysts to understand requirements and uses analytical tools to create a data pipeline to provide actionable insights into financial management, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, where necessary supporting the redesign of infrastructure for greater scalability
• Develops sophisticated & innovative analytical solutions and actionable insights for the stakeholder
• Acquires data from multiple sources to convert it in a specified format to be stored in a database for insight generation
• Ensuring that the accuracy and integrity of the data is maintained
• Creates an ad-hoc report for multiple internal requests across departments
• Ready to move between tools and technologies based on the need to the project

Prerequisites:

• Strong skills in Data Gathering, Cleansing, and Normalization using Python
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes
• Proficiency in Data Visualization using Tableau / Power BI / Qlik
• Good understanding of DBMS fundamentals
• Solid command of SQL, including Joins, Views, Triggers, Window Functions, CTEs, etc.
• Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
• Exposure to Data Engineering using Python, Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts
• Prior experience in the analytics domain
• Strong grasp of relational database design and optimization

Experience:

1+ years of experience (preferably with Data analytics courses or certifications)

Education:

BE (Computer Science or IT)/ BCA

Compensation:

The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
