Job Description

AXA XL has a Center of Excellence (Talent Sourcing and Intelligence) to bring deeper labor market expertise on emerging skills, talent pools and industrious. These critical data insights are instrumental in partnership with our business leaders, HR Partners and talent acquisition teams globally.

What you'll be doing

What will your essential responsibilities include

  • The Analyst, Talent Sourcing and Intelligence (TSI) will bring a hands-on approach to execution of the below responsibilities, with a specific focus on our Global Technology and Operations businesses.
  • Candidate will be instrumental in the delivery of Global Talent Sourcing and Intelligence deliverables, including, but not limited to: Executive mapping and research across AXA XL senior leadership roles, enterprising and market research and intelligence, Proactive market mapping, Preliminary candidate identification, Collaboration with Global TA and HR teams on search strategy, Talent deep dives on growth areas.
  • Business insights to fuel future needs definition.
  • Labor market expertise to define emerging skills.
  • Proactive potential external candidate development, engagement, and pipelining.
  • Provide an analysis of company and industry information from a range of sources and identifies executives in target companies and positions on an ongoing, proactive basis.
  • Offer specialized attention and detailed engagement to all early sourcing initiatives, allowing TA teams to focus solely on recruitment.
  • Identify and prioritize target companies through market research.
  • Develop specialist knowledge and insights into the trends, strategies and characteristics of the insurance/reinsurance sector and its leaders with special focus on the specific functions (pilot likely to include several key areas of Global Technology, Data and Analytics, Risk and Finance).
  • Participate on hiring intake calls with Global HR and Business leaders.

You will report to Head, TSI.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills And Abilities

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics or other related disciplines.
  • Proven experience in executive research, talent sourcing, knowledge and business research functions.
  • Understanding of various talent sourcing tools and research methodologies.
  • Depth of experience and passion for market research and intelligence.

Desired Skills And Abilities

  • Depth of understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in the global financial services or insurance industries is ideal.
  • Experience communicating with and influencing senior leadership as well as framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience across a multitude of diverse stakeholders.
