Medline India is looking for a Systems Analyst, responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting Transportation Management and Logistics systems to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective transportation operations.
Primary job responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs
- Collaborate with developers, QA, infrastructure, and business users
- Support system development, testing, implementation, and deployment activities
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and defect resolution
- Provide post-implementation support and system optimization
- Prepare system documentation such as:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Change Request Document (CRD)
- Test Cases
- Configure and support existing TMS systems (Descartes Route Planner, Oracle Transport Management)
RequiredSkills :
- As an IT Business Analyst/Systems Analyst, hands-on experience in gathering requirements, building functional and technical design. Prepare BRDs, CRDs, user stories, process flows, and impact analysis documents.
- SQL – Basic Query writing skill
Good to have skills:
- Experience with any SCM ERP or Logistics TMS or WMS platforms
- Strong understanding of integration touchpoints across ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Experience in TMS platforms (Descartes TMS, Oracle OTM)
Qualifications / Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience: 5-8 years of IT experience as Systems Analyst/Business Analyst
