Job Description
- Execute primary research programs, including expert identification, outreach campaigns, stakeholder interviews, and synthesis of findings into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct comprehensive secondary research using industry reports, company filings, databases, market publications, and emerging AI-enabled research tools.
- Perform quantitative analysis, survey analytics, financial modeling, market sizing, revenue estimation, and commercial due diligence assessments.
- Develop clear, data-driven presentations and client-ready materials using advanced PowerPoint and visualization techniques.
- Collaborate with global consulting teams to test hypotheses, solve complex business problems, and support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- For Financial Services roles, leverage sector expertise across areas such as payments, banking, insurance, and wealth management, while contributing to thought leadership and asset development.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution.
- Approximately 1 to 9 years of relevant experience, depending on level, within consulting, research, strategy, corporate strategy, business analytics, or related environments.
- Strong expertise in research, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in data visualization and modeling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Candidates for Financial Services positions should demonstrate experience or knowledge within banking, payments, insurance, wealth management, or related sectors.
- Prior exposure to consulting engagements, commercial due diligence, market research, or strategic projects will be advantageous.
