Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our New Delhi office. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including M&A transactions, private equity fundraises, strategic advisory assignments, and cross-border mandates.
The role combines transaction execution, financial analysis, research, client interaction, and select business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
- Prepare client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and investor communications
- Conduct industry, company, and market research across sectors
- Support deal execution from origination through transaction closure
- Participate in due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction structuring
- Analyze financial statements, business performance, and market data
- Assist in investor outreach and transaction marketing processes
- Support portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives where applicable
- Work closely with the Managing Director and senior team on client engagements and business development efforts
Candidate Profile
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, or related fields
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction processes
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills Team-oriented with high energy levels and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate from Tier 1 institute
- CA/CFA is a plus
- Strong academic record throughout education
- Based in New Delhi / NCR
