Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our New Delhi office. This is an opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure across the full deal lifecycle, including M&A transactions, private equity fundraises, strategic advisory assignments, and cross-border mandates.

The role combines transaction execution, financial analysis, research, client interaction, and select business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
• Prepare client presentations, information memorandums, teasers, and investor communications
• Conduct industry, company, and market research across sectors
• Support deal execution from origination through transaction closure
• Participate in due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction structuring
• Analyze financial statements, business performance, and market data
• Assist in investor outreach and transaction marketing processes
• Support portfolio monitoring and strategic initiatives where applicable
• Work closely with the Managing Director and senior team on client engagements and business development efforts

Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, or related fields
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and transaction processes
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills Team-oriented with high energy levels and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate from Tier 1 institute
• CA/CFA is a plus
• Strong academic record throughout education
• Based in New Delhi / NCR
