Job Description

Proficient with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI (optional).
Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms for tracking requirements and project management.
Ability to act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings, workshops, and observations.
Develop test plans and test scripts to ensure that solutions meet specified requirements.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and gain a deeper understanding of product features for effective testing.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Conduct requirement analysis by identifying, analyzing, and documenting business needs with clarity and completeness.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, defect logs, and provide regular updates on testing progress.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
Possess analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
Exhibit interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments and build strong stakeholder relationships.
