Your responsibilities as a Social Analyst –
- Work with digital teams to ensure you have all information needed ready for month-end reconciliation and forecasting
- Create agency and vendor billings sheets within excel at month-end including booking information and previous month's delivery/spend
- Contact vendors on a monthly basis to check booking detail and delivery/spends for the previous month
- Check details provided for inaccuracies, before providing information to agencies
- Creation of the digital finance tracker for finance to bill agencies and pay invoices
- Checking and accepting agency bookings against digital finance tracker – spends should align with the detail we have already shared
- Updating and reconciling vendor spends each month in order that we can pay invoices
- Investigating and resolving agency and vendor queries in a timely manner, knowing when to escalate
You will fit right in if you have –
- Any graduate
- 0.6 to 2 years of experience in Biddable media
- Strong knowledge in various social platforms like Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc
