The ICS Business Conduct Team's sits within the Governance and Control Operations team and our purpose is to empower sustainable growth by embedding ethics, risk insights, and resilient controls into every decision - so customers, colleagues, and shareholders trust we do business the right way.This is done bybuilding a strong and resilient framework that provides clear standards and governance for all conduct risk related matters covered by AEMP88.
This role reports to the Capabilities Manager within the Business Conduct team and will act as thetechnical lead for SharePoint-based solutions (using Power Apps), combining hands-on engineering with oversight of platform enhancements.Over time, this role will also support the transition to future-state tooling for Business Conduct, contributing to the evolution and ongoing management ofthe new platform, and acting as a key technical contributor in platform modernization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying updates to SharePoint applications, while coordinating with other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise alongside the ability to guide development activities and influence solution design.
