Job Description

Locations: Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore

Summary

The Treasures Acquisition Manager will deliver acquisition of qualified New to Bank (NTB) DBS Treasures clients through need-based approach and will closely work with Treasures Team Lead and Treasure Relationship Managers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conduct Events and activities to enable lead generation to assist NTB acquisition
  • Work on the internal potential customer base of other business units for acquisition
  • Implement needs-based strategy to attract New to Bank (NTB) Treasures clients in the assigned location/areas and actively engage them in new business opportunities.
  • Drive incremental NNM, along with the mapped Relationship manager, leveraging CA/SA/TD Growth and revenue by cross selling Insurance, FX and Investments products
  • Ensure activation of e-Channels (I-Banking / M-Banking/ Online MF/Debit Card) and Savings Book growth
  • Drive Cross Sell and PPC
  • Ensure internal and regulatory compliance through strict adherence to DBS sales process, timely risk reviews and exercising due diligence while onboarding
  • Ensure strict adherence to product and sales policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines always established by the Bank and relevant authorities

Responsibilities

  • NTB Acquisition – Acquire New-To-Bank (NTB) acquisition of Treasures accounts with funded balances
  • Drive incremental NNM, along with the mapped Relationship manager, leveraging CA/SA/TD Growth and revenue by cross selling Insurance, FX and Investments products
  • Strategic Focus (Referral): generate referrals for strategic products such as Mortgages, Credit Cards sourcing, etc.
  • Ensure internal and regulatory compliance and address operational risks if any
  • To exercise appropriate due diligence while on boarding and engaging with clients

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate with MBA
  • 2-4 years of experience in acquisition of NTB customers, client acquisition experience in banking / Premium Banking is an added advantage
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills
  • Self-driven, ambitious and results-orientated
  • Eloquent verbal communication skills with impeccable writing skills
  • In-depth knowledge of local market and competition
  • Sound understanding of financial planning and wealth management products in India
  • AMFI / IRDAI / FEDAI certified candidates with BCSBI certification would be an added advantage
