About the Team:
You will be part of Sea's HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the Regional Business Finance function is responsible for managing business-level financials), including reporting, analysis, budgeting, and business partnering. You will collaborate closely with local and regional stakeholders to conduct various financial analyses while ensuring compliance and enabling strategic decision-making.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with local finance teams on month-end closing, accuracy of system data and any accounting - related matters
- Perform key analysis on the financial performance of banking segment and operation statistics at regional and local level
- Act as a key member in supporting banking segment objectives in the budgeting and forecasting cycles and management reporting process
- Identify issues and coordinate amongst various stakeholders (both local and regional) on projects such as revenue recognition, process improvement and system implementation
- Assist business through providing data, insights, and analytics to support the team in making the right data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or related fields, or other related professional qualification in accounting, such as the ACCA and ISCA.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Big 4 accounting firm experience in banking desired
- Strong team player who thrives on excellence and continuous improvement
- Passionate in the finance space with a strong willingness to learn

- Possess strong logical and analytical thinking skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
