Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Analyze corporate bond issuers and summarize financial insights
  • Work with front office desks on primary and secondary markets
  • Review credit documentation and extract key structural terms
  • Support ad hoc analyses including seniority and cap tables

Job Requirements:

  • Master's in Finance, CFA, or CA with 1–3 years experience
  • Strong skills in corporate credit evaluation and reporting
  • Excellent communication and analytical attention to detail
  • Preferred exposure to US/European borrowers or high-yield markets
