Job Description

Build and analyze financial models to support investment evaluation and decisionmaking.

Lead company due diligence, including indepth financial and business analysis.

Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through market and relative value analysis.

Support endtoend transaction execution, including preparation of investment memoranda and participation in deal closings.

Manage postclosing responsibilities, including performance tracking against the original investment thesis.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Asset Management, Treasury, and Operations to support deal execution and monitoring.

Aggregate and analyze large, complex data sets to generate actionable insights for the investment team.

Prepare detailed investment memos, research reports, and presentations covering macro trends, industry dynamics, and business opportunities.

Maintain and update transaction pipeline tracking and deal documentation.

Document discussions with external stakeholders and counterparties.

Contribute to process improvements, risk mitigation, and strengthening internal controls.

Monitor issuer fundamentals, proactively flag performance risks, and track industry trends impacting investment outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Must have a post-graduate degree in finance from a Tier-1 institution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior team management experience is a plus.
  • Background: Private Credit / PE / Transaction roles with strong financial modelling exposure working at a MNC
