We're hiring for a Compliance Analyst opportunity within a leading global firm based in Hyderabad.
What you'll be working on:
- Supporting front-office trading desks with regulatory research across asset classes and global jurisdictions.
- Using data analytics and visualization techniques such as statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and clustering, with tools like Power BI.
- Supporting regulatory reporting and filings across markets including the US, UK, EU, and Japan, involving analysis of short positions and long ownership data.
- Monitoring and strengthening compliance controls through data-driven analysis.
- Reviewing fundamental research and external expert/consultant interactions to identify and mitigate potential MNPI (Material Non-Public Information) risks.
- Contributing to projects focused on maintaining and enhancing compliance with evolving regulations.
What we're looking for:
- MBA in Finance.
- 0–2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- High attention to detail, learning agility, and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
