  • Support ASPAC implementation of F&B Revenue Management and the WiseFins platform by coordinating hotel and outlet readiness, data requirements, onboarding activities, implementation milestones, adoption tracking, and issue follow-up with internal and external partners.
  • Analyze F&B outlet performance and help translate data and platform insights into practical revenue opportunities related to demand, pricing, product and menu mix, capacity, promotions, and commercial activation. Support the measurement of incremental revenue and ROI.
  • Partner with the selected F&B Revenue Management external partner and Hyatt F&B and Revenue stakeholders to create and maintain hotel implementation guides, readiness checklists, user guides, FAQs, case studies, standard operating procedures, and other scalable training materials.
  • Support virtual training, hotel onboarding, office hours, and field enablement for CHS and F&B Revenue Management. Capture hotel feedback and implementation learnings and incorporate them into tools, guidance, and future rollout plans.
  • Collaborate across Revenue Management, F&B Operations, Revenue Systems, Analytics, Digital Marketing, Sales, Distribution, and hotel teams. Maintain data quality and ensure the responsible use of systems and AI-enabled analytical workflows with appropriate human validation.
