Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 / year
Responsibilities
- Interact with the business user and understand the problem
- Troubleshoot and debug applications and provide application support
- Develop a knowledge management document
- Should be ready to work in shifts and non-office hours if required
- ITIL certification with excellent knowledge of service management, change management, and problem management
- Coordination with other departments and vendors for the smooth running of applications
