Responsibilities
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports covering KPIs, trends, and ROI
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs
- Assist in creating client presentations, case studies, and strategy documents
- Improve reporting methodologies and analytical processes
- Perform in-depth analysis of LLMO initiatives to measure effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders
- Generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Support implementation of tracking frameworks and measurement solutions
- Stay updated on trends in LLMs, generative AI, and AI-driven search platforms
- Conduct industry and category research to improve discoverability in AI environments
- Monitor competitor strategies and benchmark performance
- Recommend content and strategy improvements based on insights
- Analyze cross-platform visibility including AI mentions and search rankings
- Use web analytics tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, and Search Console
- Perform sentiment analysis on AI-generated brand mentions
- Utilize reporting tools like Tableau or Looker Studio
- Use APIs and tools like Python or connectors to extract and process data
- Conduct log file analysis to track AI bot activity
- Apply data wrangling techniques for structured analysis
- Use Regex for query segmentation and intent analysis
- Perform natural language clustering and grouping
- Apply sentiment tagging for brand perception tracking
- Use SQL and BigQuery for large-scale data analysis
- Manage and organize datasets using Power Query and database structures
