Overview

The Business Systems Analyst defines system scope and objectives based on user needs and CPQ/ERP best practices. This role bridges business requirements and technology solutions to optimize enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and translate them into functional CPQ/ERP requirements
  • Design and customize CPQ/ERP workflows for seamless integration across client/server applications
  • Develop functional specifications and test plans support full development life cycle
  • Educate stakeholders on CPQ/ERP-enabled processes, reporting, and metrics
  • Coordinate and implement system changes ensure clear communication across teams
  • Manage multiple components of projects, including complex configurations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of related experience in CPQ/ERP systems
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP variant configuration (preferred)
  • Leverage engineering background to understand complex product structures, BOMs, dependencies, and rules
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to model configurable products, options, constraints, and compatibility rules within CPQ systems
  • Support integration of CPQ with ERP, CRM, PLM, and pricing systems
  • Validate technical feasibility and ensure alignment between engineering logic and commercial requirements
  • Experience with Revalize FPX (preferred)
  • Familiarity with relational databases and client-server concepts
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical teams and end users
  • Proactive, selfdriven, and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
