Job Description

are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Analyst, Revenue & Billing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to master data management, including project setup, customer account maintenance, and ensuring data integrity. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with strong analytical and communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Master Data Management:
  • Perform project setup and maintenance of customer accounts on our financial systems.
  • Review and sign off on new customer account setups to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure tax/VAT rates are set up correctly for each customer account.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting:
  • Serve as a central point of contact for all business users to query and resolve customer account issues.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly data integrity reporting and take action on queries with the business as needed.
  • Auditing & Testing:
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing and system enhancement testing.
  • Work with internal and external audit teams to resolve audit queries.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties:
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team.

About You

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business or finance.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Experience:
  • Experience with Oracle is an advantage.
  • Academics:
  • A strong academic record.
