Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Manage 150+ quarterly renewal transactions from quote to PO.
- Engage with global customers to ensure timely renewals.
- Log and track all interactions in Salesforce with accuracy.
- Understand and communicate Flexera product support plans.
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries within one business day.
- Handle objections and ensure renewal conversion.
- Meet service level and SLA expectations.
- Support EMEA or NA hours as required.
