The Analyst Relations Specialist is part of the Product Marketing team reporting to the Analyst & Influencer Relation Program leader and is responsible for helping expand and grow a high-impact program that directs key market influencers and generates awareness for Manhattan Associates and its solutions. Key areas of focus include cultivating and developing influencer relationships, driving thought leadership programs, and reinforcing Manhattan Associates brand. The Analyst Relations Specialist should have a strong market research, communications, data analysis, and competitive positioning background.

Role Summary:

The Analyst Relations (AR) Specialist will support and execute Manhattan Associates Analyst & Influencer Relations program. This role sits within Product Marketing and focuses on building strong relationships with global industry analysts, increasing share of voice, shaping thought leadership, and supporting competitive and market positioning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyst & Influencer Engagement

  • Execute the analyst & influencer engagement plan globally
  • Build, maintain, and nurture trusted relationships with key analysts
  • Identify and tier analysts/influencers and plan structured engagement touchpoints
  • Drive daily/weekly analyst interactions (calls, updates, briefings, follow-ups)

Program & Project Management

  • Coordinate deadlines and deliverables for major analyst evaluations (MQ, Wave, MarketScape, etc.)
  • Maintain AR databases, trackers, asset libraries, and dashboards
  • Ensure timely coordination with SMEs, product teams, marketing, and leadership

Content, Messaging & Positioning

  • Develop and refine Manhattan's competitive differentiators for analysts
  • Build case studies, whitepapers, product briefs, and evidence packs
  • Support sales & marketing teams with guidance on analyst reports and competitive insights

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Measure and report AR impact on awareness, pipeline influence, and sales cycles
  • Synthesize analyst feedback into actionable internal insights
  • Strengthen Manhattan's presence across Gartner Peer Insights, G2, TrustRadius, etc.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Client Services, and global teams to ensure message alignment
  • Support development of a global analyst database based on influence and relevance

Operational Excellence

  • Manage operational tasks across SFDC, Marketo, Bynder, ReqLogic, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Recommend new, creative approaches to elevate the AR strategy
  • Uphold customer-centric, brand-consistent communication

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Market/Competitive Intelligence, Product Marketing, or Research
  • Strong analytical communication and ability to build data-backed narratives
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail
  • Experience managing stakeholder communication across regions
  • Ability to synthesize research/analyst input into actionable insight
  • Comfort with accountability and outcome-driven work

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Gartner/Forrester/IDC evaluation cycles
  • Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, supply chain, or retail technology
  • Prior work in product-led or global organizations
