The Analyst plays a critical role in managing supplier quotations, ensuring accurate master data maintenance in SAP. The role involves updating Purchase Info Records (PIR) and Lead Times (LT) in SAP to reflect accurate sourcing information. The analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement data integrity and support global supply chain decisions
Our Team
We are part of the Global Quotations and Pricing team, responsible for managing supplier negotiations at a global level and ensuring that the agreed pricing is accurately maintained and updated in the SAP system.
What You Will Do
- Manage, maintain, and enhance procurement-related datasets, including quotation and pricing data, to deliver timely and accurate business-critical reports and analytics.
- Perform regular (monthly) audits to identify and resolve variances in pricing, lead times, and other critical data elements across Purchase Orders (POs), Info Records, and supplier contracts.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of Purchasing Info Records (PIRs), lead times, and pricing within SAP systems following supplier negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and sourcing teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and support dashboards, reports, and analytical models to drive procurement performance and optimization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions to enhance analytics capabilities and reporting efficiency.
- Support ad hoc business requests and provide analytical insights to improve supplier performance, pricing strategies, and overall procurement operations.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement analytics, supply chain, or related domain.
- B.E/B.Tech is preferable
- Hands-on experience in managing PIRs and lead-time updates within SAP MM.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and deliver insights under tight timelines.
