We are hiring for QA Analyst QA Team Lead for UK Life Pension domain for Insurance. Please find below details:
Experience level: 3 to 12years
Location: Chennai
Working Model - Work from office
Shift timings- Uk shift
Experience in insurance or banking domain
Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of QA data and presentations.
Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with measurement standards.
Validate accuracy and adequacy of dashboard metrics and sampling plans.
Respond promptly to rebuttals and work to reduce overturned cases.
Participate in client calls and ensure adherence to SLA requirements.
Provide timely responses and comprehensive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) solutions.
Analyze customer specifications and support CTQ (Critical to Quality) identification.
Identify and report process gaps to stakeholders; escalate critical issues with proper analysis.
Mentor team members and guide them on improvement projects.
Establish containment controls and monitor process improvements.
Prepare calibration questions and ensure comprehensive coverage for audits.
Maintain team skill matrix and conduct regular training sessions
For Team Lead role, we are looking for team management experience (1 to 2years)
- Immediate to 30days notice period candidates will be preferred.
