Position Summary:

NPS Prism has experienced tremendous growth as a standalone software and data business over the pastfewyears and is making the leap from being a consulting-led business to a technology-led business. Analysts on the Prism India Hub teamwill work closely withaPrism India HubTeamManager,anNPS Prism Product Manager,and otherNPS Prismstakeholdersgroup to build and deliver a commercially successful product that spans core sectors across all regions.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop Data PipelinebyDesigning, building, andoptimizingETL/ELT workflows using tools likeDatabricks, SQL, Python/pyspark

• Develop andmaintainrobust, scalable, and efficient data pipelines for processing large datasetsfromsource toemergingdata.

• Develop andmaintainclient-ready visualization dashboardsinTableauspecifically,with some support from senior team members

• Support data preparation and analysis using tools such as AlteryxorSQL

• Assistin the execution of benchmarking surveys, including developing sample specifications, and managing research data

• Provideongoingsupport for subscription customers, including generating custom data cuts, answeringmethodologyquestions, and preparing insights for delivery

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality,timelyoutputs across product operations workstreams

• Translatetechnical concepts anddata into clear and structured insights for internal and external stakeholderswith support from senior team members

• Contribute to developing reusable templates, process documentation, and standard work practices that improve efficiency and scalability

• Demonstrate curiosity and hypothesis-driven thinking to uncover patterns,and build robust analytical models which can help solve problem at hand

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education

• Must Have: Graduate from a top-tier institute or equivalent engineering colleges / universities.
• Good To Have: Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or MarketResearch

Experience

• Must Have:1 to 2 yearsof professional work experience inPython orPysparkandSQLandDatabricks at renowned companies.The ideal candidate will have strongexpertisein Python, SQL, andPySpark, with proven experience working on Databricks.

• Good To Have:Hands-on exposure to survey design, data processing, and visualization is preferred but not mandatory.

• Good To Have:Professional experience in Tableau and Alteryx

Technical Skills

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience in Python orPyspark, SQL and Databricks at renowned companies.The ideal candidate will have strongexpertisein Python, SQL, andPySpark, with proven experience working on Databricks.

• Basicknowledge of Tableau, with experience building dashboards and reports even if they are domaintenencethat is fine.

• Proven experience usingAlteryx or similar data prep/transformation tools

• Understanding of core statistical and analytical methods

• A solid understanding of ETL tools like Python as well as basic knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, will beGoodToHave.
