1. Role Title:

Analyst - Procurement

2. Department/Function:

4. Role Summary:

The Procurement role is responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective acquisition of materials, goods, and services while maintaining high quality standards. This role ensures the availability of critical supplies to support the organization's operations, manages vendor relationships, optimizes procurement processes, and aligns purchasing activities with the company's strategic goals.

5. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for direct and indirect purchases.
2. Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards.
3. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers.
4. Monitor procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency and supply chain reliability.
5. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
7. Handle vendor audits and resolve supply-related issues in a timely manner.

2. Establish and maintain a robust and compliant procurement process.
3. Ensure uninterrupted supply of goods and services to support business operations.

8. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Finance background added advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in healthcare, biotech, or manufacturing industries.
