Job Description

Position Profile: Analyst & Policy Advocacy for Foreign Trade.

Functional Area: Government Policy and Affairs

Level : MGR

Location: New Delhi

Education: MBA, BE / B.Tech./M. Tech Chemical/ Mechanical /Electrical /Electronics (Engineering/MBA from reputed colleges).

Experience:

No. of Years: 812.5 Yrs

Experience:- Foreign Trade Policies- Advocacy for Free Trade Agreements, Preferential Trade Agreements, etc- Duty exemptions for import/export, Dealing with Customs office.

Preference: Young Professions working with Govt. in DGFT, DGTR, MoC, Niti Ayog.

Job Role:

1. Study, analyze and represent on policy issues having significant impact on company business (Examples FTAs, PTAs, Anti-Dumping duties, Safeguard Duties, etc)

2. Secure desired approvals/permissions (from DGFT, BIS, PESO, DPIIT, etc) to ensure business continuity.

3. Identify and map all the stakeholders critical for our Policy advocacy (Examples like MoHI, DGTR, DGFT, DPIIT, BIS, NITI Aayog, SIAM, CII, FICCI etc.)

4. Make compelling presentations to be presented to Government

5. Relationship & Networking - Facilitate strong relationships in Govt & Policy Circle.

6. Support Internal MSIL departments with any facilitation needed from Government.
