About the Job:

HighRadius is looking for a Billing Analyst who can contribute in achieving our financial goals. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for Global billing for SAAS contracts which includes T&M and Milestone billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Domain exp End to End understanding of billing process including Customer Master, Contract Management, and Invoicing). Significant focus on timeliness and accuracy.
• Preparing customer invoices, order management / contract management
• Analyze and interpret client contracts to ensure accurate and timely billing in alignment with pricing models.
• Timely Submission of Credit & Debit Note requests for clients
• To proactively manage the responses to all queries of clients/sales through the centralized email-boxes
• Maintain High level of accuracy and Turn Around time for all transactions
• To take care of volume based/tiered based billing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivables, Billing procedures, dispute management
• Detail-oriented and ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving and Negotiation skills
