Analysts - Operations!
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform detailed online research to collect and validate information on universities, organizations, and institutions
- Handle verification calls and communications to confirm candidate credentials and background details
- Draft and send verification emails and follow-ups in line with internal processes
- Accurately record, update, and manage data within internal systems and generate required reports
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SLAs, and operational targets
- Maintain and regularly update databases with accurate and current information
- Adhere strictly to data security, confidentiality, and IT compliance policies
- Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and process adherence
- Provide guidance and support to new team members when required
