Analyst, Open Banking Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze API performance metrics, including response times, latency, throughput, and failure rates.
• Support incident tracking, root cause analysis, and performance benchmarking for API reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify trends and propose data-driven improvements.
• Assist in building dashboards and reports to monitor API health, using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Work with large datasets from API logs, transaction data, and system monitoring platforms.
• Research industry benchmarks for Open Banking API efficiency and help align internal performance metrics.
• Support automation and predictive analytics initiatives to proactively address performance issues.
• Communicate insights effectively to technical and business teams for continuous improvement.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of API architecture, data flows, and fintech operations.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages for data analysis.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in performance analysis.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
