Join our team of dedicated HR professionals in USI who support the UK HR Services Administration team. The USI based HR Services comprises teams supporting Onboarding, Leavers, Transactions and Helpdesk. The Analyst role will supportthe HR Services for the UK geography of the North & South Europe (NSE) Firm. The primary functionoftheroleistodelivercustomer-centricadministrationandtransactionalservices,ensuringthatservicelevel agreements are met, and the work output is of a high quality. The successful candidate will be supporting one of the HR Services Administration teams for Onboarding, Leavers, or Transactions.

Workyou'll do

Asapartofthisteam,youwillbeinvolvedwiththe following:

  • Delivertheend to endcasemanagementoftransactionsinHRServicesAdministration foroneofthefollowing teams:

OnboardingteaminvolvingContractrelease;SAPHire Experiencedhires,ManagedContractorsHires, EDC Hires , DIJV Hires , Overseas Hires; Current Employee Screening, etc. extensions, separation, Conversions and invoice payment processes .

  • SAP/HRsystemrelatedactionsorupdatesarecompletedaccuratelyintimefordeadlinesandinlinewith procedural guidelines.
  • Deliverexcellentserviceandensureservicelevelagreementsaremetbysupportingthe teaminachievingKPIs and SLAs and escalate potential non achievement to the team leader.
  • Provideacustomerfocusedexperiencethroughthetimelyandaccuratecompletionofactivitiesand queries.
  • Providehighqualitywrittenadviceandguidanceonarangeof queries.
  • Recordandmaintainaccurateactivityinformationtrackingthroughtotimely closure.
  • OperateutilisingsoftwaresuchasServiceNowtogivethebestexperienceforournew joiners.
  • EscalatemorecomplexqueriestotheAssistant Manager.
  • Ensureworkiscompletedindependentlywithminimalsupervision, inatimelymanner,includingdata integrity/maintenance within the case management system.
  • Identifyprocessissues/opportunitiesforimprovementandraisewiththeAssistantManagertoensureefficient ways of working.
  • TakeresponsibilityforkeepinguptodatewithDeloitteHRpolicyandprocess developments.
  • SupportotherHRServicesAdministrationteamswhenneeded,andliaisonwithotherPracticeSupportServices teams as appropriate.
  • EnsurecompliancewithQRSfirstlineofdefenseactivitiesandappropriateDataProtectionlegislationatall times.

The team

TheUSIteamatHyderabadsupportstheDeloitteorganizationintheUKwithawidevarietyofcapabilitieslike financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.

Qualifications

Required:

  • AnyGraduatedegreewith1-3yearsofrelevant work experience
  • HRadministration experience
  • ExperienceofthecoreMicrosoftOfficepackage Preferred:
  • TechnicalKnowledgeofSAPorotherHR systems
