The ICS Business Conduct Team's sits within the Governance and Control Operations team and our purpose is to empower sustainable growth by embedding ethics, risk insights, and resilient controls into every decision - so customers, colleagues, and shareholders trust we do business the right way.This is done bybuilding a strong and resilient framework that provides clear standards and governance for all conduct risk related matters covered by AEMP88.

This role reports to the Capabilities Manager within the Business Conduct team and will act as thetechnical lead for SharePoint-based solutions (using Power Apps), combining hands-on engineering with oversight of platform enhancements.Over time, this role will also support the transition to future-state tooling for Business Conduct, contributing to the evolution and ongoing management ofthe new platform, and acting as a key technical contributor in platform modernization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying updates to SharePoint applications, while coordinating with other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise alongside the ability to guide development activities and influence solution design.

How will you make an impact in this role

  • Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Apps / SharePoint Forms solutions, building custom components using Angular and JavaScript.
  • Deliver end-to-end enhancements including integrations (REST APIs, Microsoft Graph), bug fixes, and performance improvements, ensuring scalable and secure solutions aligned to enterprise standards
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans, acting as a hands-on technical lead to coordinate development activities and uphold engineering best practices
  • Support the strategic migration from SharePoint to low/no-code platforms, including solution configuration, deployment, and ongoing enhancements
  • Contribute to establishing development standards, governance, and stability across both existing and future platforms, ensuring continuity through transition
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and analytics teams while maintaining clear technical documentation and knowledge sharing to support delivery and long-term capability

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Apps & SPFx Development with proficiency in:
    • Angular / JavaScript
    • CSS, HTML & .NET
    • React or similar frameworks
    • REST APIs / Microsoft Graph
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams integrations)
  • Familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Rally

  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership ofend-to-end delivery
  • Strong attention to detail in adeadline-driven environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities
  • Ability tocoordinate and guide development activitiesacross multiple contributors
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-starter with strong analytical thinking and critical reasoning skills
  • Comfortable operating in achanging environment, with adaptability to evolving platform strategies
