Job Summary We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer to join our Applications Operations team supporting a Global AADS customer within a structured customerfacing delivery model This role focuses on businessasusual BAU graphics operations where you will be responsible for executing validating and assuring artwork and packaging content as part of ongoing migration change and release cycles You will ensure brand consistency regulatory compliance and operational continuity across client environments while working collaboratively with various stakeholders

Responsibilities

Graphics  Artwork Operations BAU Core Execute and validate graphics illustrations and artwork changes as part of BAU operations and release cycles Ensure all artwork meets technical brand and compliance requirements across client platforms Compare original vs generated artwork identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions Operate within defined SLAs KPIs and quality thresholds aligned to the customers delivery governance framework

Application Run  Change Support Support artwork and packaging changes driven by migration enhancements regulatory updates and client requests Work on clientprovided artworklabeling platforms and tools such as Veraciti Template Editor and Cloud TE

Quality Compliance  Governance Apply structured QA checks to ensure accuracy across layouts barcodes labeling elements and content variants Support adherence to labeling barcode and packaging compliance standards relevant to FMCG pharma cosmetics and food industries Maintain auditready documentationService Briefs for artwork changes reviews and approvals Continuously improve operational checklists templates and best practices

Stakeholder  Delivery Management Work collaboratively with Customer and Mphasis Graphics operations teams application teams SMEs and project managers Communicate status risks and dependencies clearly within service delivery forums Support milestone delivery in line with customer migration delivery models and Statements of Work Provide structured updates to leads and senior stakeholders as required

Mandatory Skills

Strong comprehension and communication skills to operate in multicultural clientfacing environments

Ability to prioritize multitask and deliver under BAU and releasedriven timelines

Detailoriented mindset with a strong focus on quality consistency and compliance

Agile collaborative and relationshipfocused working style

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a deal breaker skill

Preferred Skills

Good understanding of Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign

Exposure to dielines packaging structures and artwork production workflows

Experience in FMCG pharmaceuticals cosmetics or food packaging environments

Familiarity with barcode systems labeling standards and regulated content is a strong advantage

Willingness to learn and work on clientspecific artwork and labeling applications

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
