How will you make an impact in this role

Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

  • Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end retention strategies for the Consumer Cards lending vertical. Develop a detailed, hyper-segmented pre- and anti-attrition framework, utilizing predictive models created by analytics teams.
  • Plan & Drive Early Engagement roadmap for Lending Products with key focus on Activation and Spends diversification
  • Implement segmented pre-attrition marketing interventions internally or via partners to deepen customer engagement and boost billings.
  • Demonstrate strong project and stakeholder management skills, effectively handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Continuously use customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and portfolio metrics to inform and optimize offer design and enhancements.
  • Partner with product, marketing, operations, and servicing teams to execute, monitor, and refine retention strategies for continuous improvement.

    Qualification

  • 4/+ years of overall experience with exposure to sales and marketing preferably in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of Banking/Credit Card industry (market trends, economics, regulatory environment).
  • Superior analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into winning strategies and executable plans. Comfort with ambiguity and blue sky thinking.
  • Proven ability to influence and negotiate with and driving results through internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven results to drive optimal results and maximize business opportunities.
  • MBA preferred
