Analyst - Loan Admin

Main Responsibilities:

Asset Administration:

• Asset setup, maintenance, and reconciliation
• Liaison with brokers, custodians, and agents
• Processing of agent notices and corporate actions
• Trade entry and settlement
• Preparing internal team reports
• Completing other tasks as assigned by management

Cash/Position Reconciliation:

• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations
• Investigate and escalate aged breaks (older than 7 days)
• Research discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain accurate records and timely report generation

Team Support:

• Support Middle Office Manager with delegation and oversight
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in loan administration operations
• Deep knowledge of CLOs, CDOs, and Credit Funds
• Familiarity with securities: Private Debt, Loans, Bonds, Equities, CDS, TRS, etc.
• Working knowledge of trade lifecycle and settlement processes (DTCC, Euroclear)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Solvas (CDO-Suite) experience is mandatory
