We are looking for an Analyst IV to serve as a key player in our Global Logistics and Trade Technology department, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions.
What You'll Do
- Drive Solutions: Participate in functional design, system configuration, and process optimization to support our global fulfillment and trade activities.
- Technical Ownership: Solve complex technical problems and support production issues across our supply chain applications.
- Collaborate: Partner with global teams to streamline product movement from manufacturers to our distribution centers, stores, and guests.
What You Bring
- Experience: 6–9 years in IT, with solid experience in supply chain SaaS solutions (WMS, Infor Nexus, E2Open).
- Core Tech Skills: Advanced experience in Parcel Engineering, shipping workflows, and carrier logic.
- Data & Cloud: Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS services (including S3).
- Troubleshooting: Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Kafka, and Splunk.
- Operational Excellence: Knowledge of the ITIL Framework and DevOps practices to support CI/CD pipelines.
- Tools: Proficiency in ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence for managing workflows, incidents, and documentation.
