Role Responsibilities:

  1. Support design, implementation, and ongoing support of FinancialForce (Certinia).
  2. Manage system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user access.
  3. Customize FinancialForce to meet business needs (create custom objects, fields, and formulas).
  4. Implement process improvements and stay updated on new features.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder Certifications.
  3. 3-5 years of experience in system administration and data management.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
