About The Job
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery - Actively participate in discussions, understand business problems and help facilitate discussions across cross functional teams
- Identify and create clear action plan in consultation with cross functional teams to arrive at a solution, proactively follow-up and ensure timely support to business
- Coordinate with other analysts/PM/Sr. Manager to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Document Action, Risk, Issue and Defects tracker across all tech initiatives
- Document business requirements in SAMEA cluster
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Provide on-going visibility to all stakeholders on status
- Collaborate with PM and Finance teams to manage the financial aspects of the portfolio, including budget allocation, expenditure tracking, and monitoring project expenses.
About You
- Total Experience: 4-6 years
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Sufficient level of business and technical acumen to effectively understand business requirements and facilitate discussions with technical and project teams
- Ability to work and communicate across multiple time zones and cross-functional teams
- Good project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. (Waterfall / Agile)
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- eCommerce and Retail experience is good to have
- OMS and WMS experience is good to have
- XStore, retail POS and Loyalty applications experience is good to have
- SAP experience is good to have
- PMP certification is good to have
This role will require a proactive and adaptable individual capable of balancing multiple priorities while ensuring the alignment of projects with overall business objectives.
