Role Overview

As Analyst- Investment Banking, you will be responsible for:

• Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and benchmarking
• Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations and information memorandums
• Conduct market and company research and develop sector intelligence
• Support deal execution, diligence coordination, and documentation
• Assist in client meetings and internal strategy discussions

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory or Consulting preferred
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint with proven analytical ability
• Excellent financial modelling and problem solving skills
• A flair for crisp and structured presentation and communication
• High level of initiative, commitment, and attention to detail
• Strong interest in M&A and Private Equity
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• MBA / MS Finance / CA / CFA from a premier Indian or global institute
• Strong academic performance and leadership track record
• Proficiency in financial modelling and MS Office
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ideally based in Delhi/NCR
