Role Overview

As Analyst- Investment Banking, you will be responsible for:

Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and benchmarking
Prepare pitch decks, investor presentations and information memorandums
Conduct market and company research and develop sector intelligence
Support deal execution, diligence coordination, and documentation
Assist in client meetings and internal strategy discussions

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory or Consulting preferred
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint with proven analytical ability
Excellent financial modelling and problem solving skills
A flair for crisp and structured presentation and communication
High level of initiative, commitment, and attention to detail
Strong interest in M&A and Private Equity
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work under tight timelines.
