Key Responsibilities

Security Monitoring & Threat Detection

Continuously monitor security alerts and events using security monitoring tools to identify potential threats and ensure timely response to incidents.

Incident Investigation & Response

Investigate security incidents to determine root cause, assess impact, and implement appropriate remediation actions to prevent further vulnerabilities.

Security Operations Management

Manage and maintain security technologies including intrusion detection and prevention systems, antivirus solutions, content filters, and next-generation firewalls to ensure secure IT operations.

Incident Response Planning

Support the development and maintenance of incident response plans and procedures to ensure efficient handling of security breaches and cyber threats.

Security Incident Resolution

Work closely with the Security Operations Center to investigate and resolve security incidents and provide recommendations to mitigate future risks.

Risk Management & Compliance

Assist in identifying security risks and ensure adherence to security policies, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Security Tool Administration

Manage and optimize security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and other cybersecurity technologies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.

Continuous Security Improvement

Contribute to improving security processes, policies, and monitoring frameworks while adapting to evolving cybersecurity threats.
