The Cencora Business Services (CBS) Finance Tower oversees global financial service delivery, integrating CBS data and reporting across sourced and internal delivery teams. This role provides a comprehensive view of the organization's financial reporting, portfolio management, accounts receivable, credit, risk assessment, and related monthly reporting. The Analyst II / Sr. Analyst – Finance will support financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and risk management for the CBS operations in India, Costa Rica, and Lithuania, with a focus on portfolio management within Global Financial Shared Services (GFSS).
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance, trend, and ratio analysis.
- Identify key insights and trends to support decision-making.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, risks, opportunities, and perform sensitivity analyses.
Financial Reporting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing accurate financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts and monitor actuals against budgeted targets.
- Prepare monthly reporting on overall and BU segment metrics, including trends, exceptions, portfolio risks, and key risk metrics.
Cost & Risk Management
- Analyze cost structures to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Monitor customer account portfolio risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Compliance & Audit Support
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Evaluate existing finance processes and systems for efficiency and automation opportunities.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity within the finance function.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, portfolio management, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
